Iit is possible to get real time answers for questions regarding the use of the Tallinn Central Library home page, our services, tuitions etc. We can also help you with using the Estonian Articles database and online catalogue ESTER and answer information requests.
In case the processing of your request is more time consuming we will confirm the exact information needs and send answers via e-mail in three working days.
